Can you create something beautiful just by looking?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 20, 2009:
I cannot really create anything out of thin air materially, but I can inside of my head create anything with my imagination.
I can only create something materially if I obey the laws of nature and work with nature. I do not have magical powers.
As for beauty, I do know of universal beauty, of one beauty, but applied to individual things. I can see the beauty in death, suffering, and in pleasure.
Mind power.
Gifted people of the world....
Rise.

But could just seeing the beauty in something that is not necessarily considered to possess beauty be considered creating it? or, does beauty exist if there isn’t someone there to perceive it?
Yes, since beauty is a trait, and not material, it is a trait we give to whatever we think is beautiful.
